All deposits for photo sessions are non-refundable. If you cancel your session at least 72 hours before your session you may use your deposit towards another session. Please contact us at 586-202-5460 or by email at dustankorte@studiothirteenphoto.com for changes and rescheduling.
We try to get you your gallery as fast as possible, which can vary depending on the season. We strive to get it back to you within 14 days.
Yes, we know many beautiful outdoor locations, or can shoot at a location of your choice.
We will accept requests to extend the shoot based on our availability.
Your digital license does not require you to use us as your printer, however we calibrate our displays and images to our high-end print lab. The print lab we use provides high quality prints, for a reasonable price. Plus you are supporting small business when you choose us.
Your digital images can be sent to the printer of your choice, though your choice of print lab may not use the same color profile.
Our packages include a preset amount of images, but you are more than welcome to purchase extras!
